How to Submit a Parade Entry

We are thrilled that you would like to join the all-county Orange Christmas Parade held at 4:30pm on Saturday, December 5th, 2026! This year's theme is "Tell Me A Christmas Story". This year in honor of the VA 250, there will also be a special opportunity for additional points for historical decorations!

Please follow the steps below to submit an entry on/before Friday, November 20, 2026. Entries accepted after this date may be placed near the end of the parade.

If your organization would like to be represented in the parade but is not in a position to enter, please consider becoming a parade sponsor.

1. Review Participation & Judging Information

2. Complete online entry form (or email us for a printable version)
There are very few reasons for which an on-time entry would be rejected, so after submitting the entry form, please continue to step 3 below. In the unlikely event that an entry is rejected, the entry fee will be returned.

3. Submit entry fee
$30 for for-profit entries; $20 for non-profit and individual entries; Free for government entities & first responders

4. Tell your friends on social media you will be in the parade and link to this website https://orangerotaryvaorg.wixsite.com/orangevaxmasparade

5. Read Staging Information and share with all adults in your entry
